PHOTO SESSIONS:
Your home will be shot AS-IS. We do not provide any cleaning/moving/home staging services. The property must be photo-ready when we arrive. Failure to have your home photo-ready may impact the number of photographs taken. Your photo package includes a specific amount of time for the photo session and an estimated number of images shot. Any return trip to the property for re-shoots will incur a re-shoot fee. The minimum re-shoot fee is $150.00. Weekend photo sessions are by special request and are subject to availability.
DELIVERY TIMES:
After payment has been received in full, residential photo package images are delivered within 24-48 hours via electronic download. Typically, photos are delivered between 12pm and 10pm, but may be later depending on our workload. Friday photo session images are typically delivered on Monday. Delivery times for all other services is typically two to five business days. A delay in payment will delay the processing and delivery of your images. If you have specific delivery requirements, please contact us prior to scheduling your photo session.
IMAGE NUMBER OF IMAGES/SHOT REQUESTS:
It is the clients responsibility to inform us of any specific angles, property areas, or home features that will need to be photographed. If the client does not inform us of any specific shot requests, the photographer on-location will determine the shot list and will photograph the property to the best of their ability. Each photo package includes the minimum number of images shot in the package.
OBJECT REMOVAL EDITING:
Object removal editing is optional and will incur an additional fee. Examples include: de-cluttering an interior room, removing the agent sign from the front yard, or removing a car from a photo. Pricing is based upon the specifics of the client object removal editing requests.
AERIAL DRONE SERVICES:
SCHEDULING AN AERIAL SESSION:
Aerial sessions are subject to availability and pilot photo styles may vary. It is highly recommended that the agent be present for the appointment to communicate any special shot requests to the team pilot.
THE AERIAL SESSION:

AERIAL PHOTO EDITING & DELIVERY:

AERIAL TEASER VIDEO EDITING & DELIVERY:
Our drone teaser video includes Basic Video Editing. After payment has been received in full, your aerial teaser video will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days. Any additional revisions to your video will incur an editing fee.
AERIAL TEASER VIDEO HOSTING:
Mark Davidson Photography LLC does not provide any video hosting services. We recommend using a video hosting provider, such as YouTube or Vimeo to host your videos. They will be able to provide you with shareable links and embed code for your websites and social media.

All of our video packages include our in-house video editing. If you require Advanced Video Editing, such as compositing, key-framing, custom animation, etc., please contact us. For custom videos, clients receive one complimentary revision to their video. Any additional revisions will incur an editing fee.
VIDEO DELIVERY TIMES & HOSTING:
After payment has been received in full, the first cut of your custom video is delivered in three to five business days via electronic download. Delivery times for commercial custom video packages will vary. Expedited video delivery is unavailable. A delay in payment will delay the creation of your video. If you have specific delivery requirements, please contact us prior to scheduling your video session. Your video will be delivered as a web-friendly MP4 video file. Mark Davidson Photography LLC does not provide any video hosting services. We recommend using a video hosting provider, such as YouTube or Vimeo to host your videos. They will be able to provide you with shareable links and embed code for your websites and social media.
ROYALTY-FREE MUSIC
For custom videos, agent's may select a track of their choice from our in-house music library of royalty-free songs. Agents may also select music from other outside royalty-free music sources, but they will be responsible for any licensing fees incurred by Pro Property Shots associated with their selection.
MATTERPORT:
Matterport services are active for 60 days from the time of delivery. After 60 days, you can reactivate 3D for a fee.
MISCELLANEOUS
ELECTRONIC NEWSLETTER AND OPT-OUT By contacting Mark Davidson Photography LLC, you agree to receive occasional email correspondence and electronic newsletters. Users may opt-out of receiving future electronic newsletters by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter.
MEDIA USE
Mark Davidson Photography LLC reserves the right to use any and all photo and video footage from client shoots for our online portfolio, social media channels and can be sold on stock photo and video website. By purchasing services from us, you grant us an irrevocable right to use the photo and video footage from your property in perpetuity. If you are an agent or broker representing the home owner, you are authorizing Mark Davidson Photography LLC on the owner behalf for us to use any and all footage for any purposes including the sale of media being created. Purchasing services from us constitutes a location release.
Media Usage:
Mark Davidson Photography LLC retains ownership of the copyright to any media produced. The Client has permission to use media to promote the listing sale on MLS. Anytime the media is used on social media, a photo credit @bostonrealestatephotographer is required to post media created.
Payments: Any payments made are nonrefundable. If The order is canceled, you will receive a nontransferable credit which can be used toward real estate media services and must be used within the calendar year of the original date.
